South Sound Church Marriage Retreat 2026 - "RENEW”
The South Sound Church of Christ is hosting a Marriage Retreat this March and the VCOC marrieds are invited!
Escape to the mountain town of Leavenworth for a weekend designed to breathe fresh life into your marriage! This year’s theme, Renew, invites couples to step away from routine and reconnect with intention, joy and hope. Wade and Debbie Cook will be the guest speakers. Throughout the weekend you’ll enjoy a blend of encouraging sessions and games, along with plenty of free time to rest, explore and go on dates with your spouse.

Edmonton invites Vancouver brothers to Frozen Chosen
The Capital City Church (ICOC Edmonton) is hosting their annual Frozen Chosen Camping Trip and our Vancouver church men are invited!
Reignite your love for the outdoors with Frozen Chosen, a one-of-a-kind winter camping experience for men. The camp is designed to create a well rounded experience through prayer, singing, devotionals and an amazing campfire to rejuvenate your spirit, mind and soul.
At Frozen Chosen, men find strength, courage, and renewal in God's creation. Dads and sons forge unbreakable bonds, while boys unleash their inner wild. Together, they build a legacy of faith, family, and adventure.

VCOC Blood Donors - Please Sign Up for Feb Now
Our next VCOC team donation day has been scheduled for Saturday Feb 21st. Tim Mak has 3 appointments that are still open for donors from 10:15AM to 11:15AM. If you are able to donate with our group, please contact Tim ASAP at 604-908-6266.
Prayer Requests
- Please continue to pray for Saman, Soudabeh’s brother for his refugee immigration application to be processed in 2026 - the process was started back in 2023.
- Xochitl’s cousin Miriam was diagnosed with breast cancer - please pray for her faith in God to increase so that she will feel hopeful. Please also pray for Xochitl’s niece Sofia who is 15 yrs old. Her leukemia has progressed and now she has brain cancer. Please pray for Sofia and her parents. And please pray for Xochitl’s friend Bety to receive good news about her recently completed chemotherapy.
- Alexis and Kim Ritchie have requested prayers because their parents are struggling with serious health problems. Also, please pray for the four Ritchie siblings as it is stressful to bear with this season in life.
- Pray for the building search team to find a new facility for our church services for 2026
