South Sound Church Marriage Retreat 2026 - "RENEW”
The South Sound Church of Christ is hosting a Marriage Retreat this March and the VCOC marrieds are invited!
Escape to the mountain town of Leavenworth for a weekend designed to breathe fresh life into your marriage! This year’s theme, Renew, invites couples to step away from routine and reconnect with intention, joy and hope. Wade and Debbie Cook will be the guest speakers. Throughout the weekend you’ll enjoy a blend of encouraging sessions and games, along with plenty of free time to rest, explore and go on dates with your spouse.

VCOC Women’s Book Club Starting this Weekend
Ruth Kang will be hosting a women's book club at her home Saturday afternoons starting this weekend. The book is, “How to Act Right When Your Spouse Acts Wrong”. It is written by Leslie Vernick and is available on Amazon Canada for $24.15. The book club is open to ALL women in the VCOC - married or not.

VCOC Blood Donors - Please Sign Up for Feb Now
Our next VCOC team donation day has been scheduled for Saturday Feb 21st. Tim Mak has 8 appointments that are open for donors from 10:15AM to 11:15AM. If you are able to donate, please contact Tim at 604-908-6266.
Prayer Requests
- Please continue to pray for Saman, Soudabeh’s brother for his refugee immigration application to be processed as soon as possible - the process was started back in 2023.
- Thank you for your prayers for Tracy Wen. The lumps she had biopsied were determined to be non-cancerous. Praise God!
- Alexis and Kim Ritchie have requested prayers because their parents are struggling with serious health problems. Also, please pray for the four Ritchie siblings as it is stressful to bear with this season in life.
- Pray for the building search team to find a new facility for our church services for 2026
- Please pray for our VCOC teens as they journey to Olympia, WA for their Winter Rally Jan 16 - 18
