Contribution Update & Request
As all VCOC members know, our current weekly contribution of $4,500 is not sufficient to continue to keep up our current level of ministry & administrative staffing. Currently we have one full time administrative staff (Sherril – our office manager), three full time ministry staff (Brian, Sara & Barish) and one part time ministry staff (Ana). In order to meet 2012 budget as approved by the Board, we would need to receive $6,000 in donations per week (on average). The Board and Leadership Team are requested that all VCOC members re-examine their plan for giving in 2012 and, if possible, help meet our budget by:
- Increasing your individual weekly contribution, starting as soon as possible
- Giving a one time Special Ministry Contribution on or before May 27, 2012.
At some point this Spring, the Board and Leadership Team will need to assess our financial viability and decide whether or not we can maintain our current staffing level. So the sooner you are able to contribute, either by increasing your weekly contribution or giving a one time Special Ministry Contribution, the better. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to speak directly to Shing Chan (president of the Board), Phil Grant (treasurer) or Brian Felushko (lead minister).

We are confident that if we each do the very best we can, God will provide what is necessary for us both now and in the future.
