There is an All Singles get together for coming Saturday (April 9) at 7 p.m. at the Felushkos’ home (42-5740 Garrison Road, Richmond). We’ll have some fun, share some fellowship and enjoy some food. The Felushkos will provide the drinks. All attendees are asked to bring a small portion of healthy snack (e.g., sushi, veggie and/or fruit tray, baked chips, crackers, cheese, etc.)
All VCOC singles are invited to attend and be part of a Singles’ Revolution in Vancouver. Things will happen in the VCOC singles ministry in 2011! The only question is this: Will you be a participant or a spectator? There are 19 singles in the VCOC membership made up of various ages, life circumstances, occupations and interests. Some may look at our singles ministry and think that it is too small to meet needs or make an impact. But I say, “With God all things are possible”! I say that with even a dozen faithful, fired up and generous singles we can impact this church and lead other singles to Christ.
In the Seattle church, there are over 90 singles! They are large enough to put on some great events and our singles have been specifically asked to join in any of their activities/events in 2011 (see below). One of the things we can do in the Singles’ Ministry in Vancouver is organize a few road trips to Seattle for the events/activities that we want to attend as a group. Let’s make 2011 an inspiring year for the Singles’ Ministry in Vancouver!
